Location near Baghdad, Iraq, that is the main site for the Iraqi nuclear program (Tuwaitha Nuclear Research Center), allegedly destroyed during the Gulf War.
Usage: Debate over U.S. administration's plans for a pre-emptive attack on Iraq, allegedly to prevent use or spread of weapons of mass destruction.
