- Usage: Report on U.S. Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle's speech on the Senate floor criticizing U.S. President George W. Bush for allegedly politicizing the Iraqi war debate and accusing the Senate of being unwilling to protect the American public by not moving faster to pass the president's proposal to create a Department of Homeland Security.
